Stage is to be built at Tianjin Airport Free Trade Zone, with an old Western European architectural theme. The total land area is 107,335 square meters, which is to be divided between 25,391 square feet allocated towards 140 retail shops, and 12,894 square feet for food, beverage and entertainment outlets. There is to be a total of 1,820 parking spaces.
